Welcome to another Saturday Coupon. I have done AI eye match reports for a Premier League simmering nicely. It’s been another European week but we have negotiated it successfully with a series of green screen profits . Now it’s the turn of the domestic football.
We had one of the signs of the Apocalypse yesterday. Wolverhampton Wanderers not only scored 2 goals , they also won a football match. Surely a sign of the End Times? Only another 14 points will see them out of the relegation zone….
The relegation dog fight in the Premier League is hotting up, but it’s in the lower tiers that you’ll find some great trading angles. I like to target leagues such as the English Championship, League One, League Two, French Ligue 2, German Bundesliga 2, Italian Seria A and Spanish Segunda. At this stage of the season, I tend to prioritise any matches where teams could potentially change their season. e.g. in the German Bundesliga 2 where there are only 3 places available for promotion, there are a whole raft of motivated teams itching for 3 points to change their seasons. It is a technique that works well this season. Focus on matches where 3 points is potentially season changing!
Come along to a livestream today if you want to see the technique in action, alongside other footballtradingprofits.com techniques. 14:30 today.
Bankers today?
Daily at www.footballtradingprofits.com I list matches where one team, on paper at least, look solid banker material. On a busy day like today it is important that we pick our battles . Do you agree with my list below?
- Coventry and Ipswich both at home rarely miss a step.
- Southampton could ignite again
- Monaco are in their best form for a long time.
- Hoffenheim tend to oblige at home and when fancied.
- Como and Inter Milan look well placed in Italy.
- Barcelona are a juggernaut at the moment.

As promised , here’s the Premier League research. It’s the business end..
ENGLAND: Premier League
12:30 Bournemouth v Sunderland – 1.75 Bournemouth
• Bournemouth
• back in unbeaten form, 7 now.WWD at home latest. This is the only form we need concern ourselves with.
• both teams scored last 5 at home
• unbeaten at home v 10th and lower.
• Sunderland
• 3 consecutive defeats, 3 consecutive away defeats
• only 2 away wins.
Angles: Tough for the Black Cats given their away record and the Cherries' sudden unbeaten form. Both teams do score in Cherries home matches...
ENGLAND: Premier League
15:00 Burnley v Brentford – 1.75 Brentford
• Burnley
• only 4 wins. Win, Draw away latest.
• no win in 9 at home
• not beaten top 11 home or away
• Brentford
• WWLWW away recently.
• no draw in 13 away
• 2/2 wins away v bottom 3
Angles: On paper, all set up for a Bees away win. In solid away form coming into this and a proven win record away v the bottom 3.
ENGLAND: Premier League
15:00 Liverpool v West Ham – 1.40 Liverpool
• Liverpool
• loss to Man City last home match followed by 2 consecutive away wins.
• 0=2 last head to head win.
• West Ham
• WWLWDD , real fight . Conceded 2 goals only once in that run.
Angles: we only look to recent form with West Ham. It shows defensive solidity and Liverpool may see another Forest like tight match. You cannot discount the Hammers at this stage of the season particularly with that improved defence. They discovered 2 goals in 4 consecutive matches but that has gone dry last 2 matches.
ENGLAND: Premier League
15:00 Newcastle v Everton – 1.75 Newcastle
• Newcastle
• 4 defeats in 5
• 2 consecutive home defeats
• scored and conceded last 4 matches
• 1=4 win last head to head
• Everton
• 2 consecutive home defeats
• unbeaten in 5 away
• only 1 away loss v 8th and lower.
Angles: I cannot discount Everton here. The market is fully aware of that 2 goal habit at home for the Geordies but they are on a 2 home match losing run v top 7 and do play 9th today. Watch out for a wobbly odds on fav.
ENGLAND: Premier League
17:30 Leeds v Manchester City – 1.60 Manchester City
• Leeds
• 2 losses since 3rd December came v Newcastle and Arsenal.8 draws though clouds the solid run.
• 3/3 defeats v top 2
• 14/18 goals conceded at home 2nd half.
• Manchester City
• only 1 loss since 29th November
• Draw, Loss, Draw, Win away
Angles: Leeds may conjure a draw if City are below par ( and with only 1 win in 4 away they are obviously worse on the road). Leeds very vulnerable 2nd half.
