At this stage of the season, I would recommend that you take a peak at the lower tiers. There are some stories to be told in French Ligue 2, Italian Seria B, German Bundesliga 2 and Spanish Segunda. Nearly all of today’s matches feature strong arguments for 3 points from at least one team! I would recommend you focus on teams who, with 3 points, will enter the automatic promotion places, enter the play off places, or catapult out of the relegation zone or AWAY FROM the relegation zone.

Angles: an air of solidity about the Bees./ A relatively poor record v 12th and lower but only 2 home defeats all season and playing a Seagulls side with only 1 win in 13.

Angles: 32 and 22 scorelines at home last 2 so letting away teams have a shout. But surely the chasm in class will be obvious here. Burnley's win v Palace tells you more about Palace than Burnley. They failed to win at 1.3 odds in Europe mid week.

Angles: Man City simply must take advantage of Arsenal drawing Wolves. It's no mean feat v the Geordies but the latter's away record v the top 7 is clear for all to see.
